4th of July Pudding Surprise

Ingredients
• Ritz wheat crackers (60)
• One stick margarine
• 1 ½ cups of Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms 1% or Fat Free milk
• 2 Packages Instant Pudding
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Whip Topping Optional – You can top with anything to go with pudding flavor (ie. shredded coconut w/coconut pudding.
Directions
The Crust
Melt butter and mix in crushed Ritz crackers, spread on bottom of cake pan.
The Filling
Let ice cream stand to soften before use.
Mix ice cream, milk and pudding together and pour onto Ritz crust . Put in refrigerator to stiffen for approximately 24 hours. Top with whip cream prior to serving.
